A new AI Compentency Basics Learning Module is now available to support university staff in developing essential skills for working responsibly with generative AI.
As generative AI becomes increasingly widespread, the module offers foundational knowledge based on established guidelines and reflects the requirements of the EU AI Act, which sets a legal framework for AI use in Europe.
The training provides a brief introduction to generative AI, highlights opportunities, challenges, and risks for employees, and explains key rights and obligations related to data protection, copyright, and information security. It also raises awareness for responsible and reflective AI use in professional contexts.
