Sovereignty is not achieved through declarations or data centres alone. This webinar looks at the people behind Europe’s digital ambitions from three angles:

• Foundational skills: can Europe cultivate the STEM talent pipeline it needs, starting with basic digital literacy?
• Infrastructure: what does it take to build and maintain sovereign digital infrastructure, and who will run it?
• Participation: how can we make sure that a broad and diverse base of contributors builds it, rather than a narrow technical elite?
